Woman 'buzzing' to join carnival with support dog

Fantastic news for our town! Chloe Hammond from Weston-super-Mare is all set to dazzle at the carnival, and it's all thanks to a brilliant new accessible cart that will allow her and her support dog to join the fun safely. We can't wait to see them shine!
